Ryan Pifher
Artistic Director, ryan@porchlightproductions.org
Ryan founded Porch Light Productions in April of 2005 and has worked as an actor, producer, director, writer, and technical engineer for over ten years. He holds degrees from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy and The New School University, both located in New York City. Ryan's work has been showcased all across the United States and has appeared in many Off-Broadway, television, and film productions. Ryan's work was also chosen to perform for a Prejudice Education Festival sponsored by the governor of New Jersey.
Jenn Boles
Managing Director, jenn@porchlightproductions.orgJenn oversees creative marketing and manages the day-to-day operations for PLP. She is also the owner and creative director of Porch Light Media, a web and graphics firm. Prior to joining forces with Ryan Pifher in the ownership of Porch Light, Jenn held executive positions in various areas of the performing arts. As the Campaign Manager for the Allied Arts Fund, Jenn raised money and awareness for over 30 arts organization in Central PA (including the youth ballet, theatre, symphony & others). Jenn was also the Director of Marketing & Communications for an 800-seat performing arts center in Hanover, PA. During this time, she managed marketing, advertising and graphic design for over 35 annual performances, three fundraising events and three children’s performing arts programs. Jenn is an active volunteer in the community and serves on committees for several local events.
Britni Morley
Production Manager , britni@porchlightproductions.orgBritni graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Musical Theatre Performance from Wagner College. She has performed in many classic musical theatre productions in New York City and New Jersey and has been a featured singer and dancer in theme park shows. Britni also has many regional credits both performing and teaching professional children's theatre. She brings her creative expertise to Porch Light teaching acting classes, assistant directing, choreographing and overseeing costumes, props, and scenic painting. Britni is also the owner of Wonderfun Productions, a magic and costume shop in Pompton Lakes, NJ.
Jon Provan
Musical Director / Voice & Instrumental InstructorJon Provan is a multimedia artist from Brooklyn, NY. His 15 years of musical-directing and producing experience include theatre productions, film scores, rock bands, singer/songwriters, jazz ensembles, a cappella groups and more. Previous work with Porch Light includes Disney's High School Musical, The Wizard of Oz, Into the Woods and Annie Get Your Gun, as well as Orchard Elementary’s 101 Dalmatians. He holds a B.A. in Music from the University of Virginia and an M.F.A. in Film Production from the Florida State University School of Motion Picture, Television and Recording Arts.
Tristian Luysterburg
Musical Director/Voice InstructorTristian Luysterburg is a native of Tampa, Fl and recently moved to the Tri-State area in the fall of 2009. As an accomplished accompanist, performer, musical director, and recent graduate of the University of West Florida she holds a B.A. in Music Performance/Teaching Spec. as well as, a B.A. in Theatre. Her favorite roles to date are Asaka in Once on This Island and Ilona Ritter in She Loves Me. In addition to performing, she co-founded, musically directed, and accompanied the university’s only Musical Theatre Troupe created for educational outreach and recruitment efforts. Her musical direction credits include Godspell Jr., Seussical, Around the Pond in 80 Days, Into the Woods, Goblin Market, As You Like It, and Guys and Dolls. Ms. Luysterburg is the musical director at First Reformed Church of Hawthorne and a cantor at St. Brendan R.C. Church in Clifton. She is thrilled to be part of the Porch Light Productions team and looks forward to a successful year!
Gabrielle Salerno
ChoreographerGabrielle graduated Bergen Community College with an A.A. in Theater Arts/Dance Concentration. For over 18 years, she trained in dance at Anita Ehrler’s Dance Extensions and Bergen Stages. She is proficient in Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Modern and Theatrical Dance. Gabrielle has performed in 19 shows over the past 8 years. She choreographed the rock opera “RENT” at One Dream Productions LLC as well as co directed and choreographed A Bob Fosse Tribute at Bergen Stages. Aside from performing on the stage, she also has experience behind the scenes in stage management and crew work. She has been nominated for theater awards and is a member of The International Thespian Society as well as Delta Psi Omega Theatre Honor Society. She began teaching dance in 2009 at Deana’s Dance Academy where she brought her love of the arts to students from toddlers to preteens. Gabrielle has had vocal training with opera veteran Jennifer Cece and has performed side by side with Broadway stars for charities, including Peace For Paws. Gabrielle is honored to be a part of Porch Light Production's team and is looking forward to a great season!
Kristen Dziuba
Musical Director/Voice InstructorKristen is thrilled be one of the newest members of the Porch Light family and will be working as a musical director and private vocal/piano instructor this season. Kristen is currently finishing her Bachelors degree in Jazz Vocal Performance at New Jersey City University and is the Assistant Musical Director for The Jersey Follettes, a professional vocal ensemble. In October 2009, she had the honor of performing with jazz legend, James Moody and has opened concerts for Chaka Khan, The Lionel Hampton Orchestra, and John Pizzarelli. Her favorite role of all time is the Sour Kangaroo in Seussical the Musical. Kristen is also the music director and organist at St. Andrews R.C. Church in Clifton. She has musically directed numerous shows, most recently Alice in Wonderland at Hoboken High School, in which she wrote an entirely new score. Kristen is excited to have the opportunity to work with the directors and students at Porch Light!
