Glen Rock High School Presents 'Grease'
Glen Rock High School will present it's 2012 Spring musical, Grease, Thursday and Friday, February 2 and 3 at 7:30PM and Saturday, February 4 at 1:30PM and 7:30PM. A preview performance will also be held on Wednesday, February 1 at 1PM (free to senior citizens).
After spending a hopelessly devoted summer with Sandy Dumbrowski, the new girl in town, Danny Zuko's world is thrown upside down when Sandy appears at Rydell High on the first day of school. What follows is a rock n' roll celebration of growin' up, cruisin' with friends and goin' steady. Directed by Ryan Pifher, Artistic Director of Porch Light Productions, with musical direction by Jon Provan and choreography by Kendall Stagaard, the smash hit 50's musical stars over forty GRHS students in 9th through 12th grade.
Tickets may be purchased in advance at the high school's Hamilton Lobby on January 19 & 20 between 11AM and 1:30PM, January 21 between 10AM-12PM and January 24 from 7PM to 8:30PM. Tickets will also be available at the door 30 minutes prior to showtime at each performance. $15 for adults and $10 for students & senior citizens. A special price of $5 will be offered to Glen Rock Middle School students at the Saturday matinee performance. For ticket information, please call (201) 444-2825.
